Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your MALAZ order.
If something isn't quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
All returned items will be carefully inspected before approval.

Return delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet and may take up to 14 days.
